The drywall lifting machine has arrived! Woo hoo! Today was our pre-drywall walkthrough. We still don't know the exact (approximate) date of closing but expect maybe within 45 days? I found out why the tub wasn't put in the attic yet. It has a small bit of damage and was going to be thrown out. I asked if I could have it and if they would put it in the basement and our PM said sure. The damage is just a tiny "hole" towards the top of the back wall....good enough for our unfinished basement. It's such a huge house. We were supposed to be downsizing! We received the appraisal yesterday. We will have 5200 square feet including the basement. About 3800 finished square feet.
