Sorry for the gap in posts. We left for our Canadian vacation on Tuesday and returned today to see the progress. The bright side is that we don't have to suffer through a weekend. The entire house is now dry walled and taped. Painting is supposed to start this week. We aren't having any fancy painting done...just boring white. We will add color at our own pace.
Living room on left, dining room on right
Looking from the dining room through the small hall to the kitchen
Looking from the dining room to the living room (front of the house)
A panorama shot of the kitchen and family room. This makes it look much smaller than it is.

The master bedroom
Veronica's room at the front of the house
The loft area
Aaahh...the wonderful attic living area
And the attic bedroom
The attic bathroom
And the attic half wall....which doesn't wiggle anymore...
Looking up at the attic from the landing
Panorama shot of the completely finished garage. Little tip for people building a home...they only finish the walls that have house on the other side. This is one of the few things we paid extra to have done. So many things we took for granted in our last home...
The ceiling of the garage...the garage will eventually be painted cream and crimson.
One of the many piles of brick
Bags of mortar...
See you tomorrow! :)
