Lumber, Lumber and More Lumber

Much to our surprise, the lumber was delivered today.  Pretty exciting stuff! 

 

 

Is that a truck delivering lumber to our lot? Oh yeah!

As it turned out, this was one of two trucks delivering lumber...that's a lot of lumber.

And then later in the day, they delivered our two bath tub stalls and the base of our shower. One of those baths will be in the attic! We opted for only a shower in the master bath. We were going to do the jetted tub and separate shower thing but as I may have mentioned before, we cut costs everywhere to do this attic thing...and that one had to go.  We had the jetted tub thing in our Oregon home and I think I used it about 5 times in 10 years.  The girls loved it and will miss having one....but I get an awesome linen cabinet in the bathroom in it's place. I am just not a bath kind of person. Who wants to sit in dirty water? Icky!

 

 

Now it is a waiting game again.  We didn't expect any of this to come until Friday! We receive weekly updates on Wednesday so we should know more tomorrow.
